MVP Conference 2023!

Hey! So it’s been a minute since I’ve been on here…life has thrown a few curve balls, we all know how that goes! But I’m back! and I’m excited to share my recent experience at the Magical Vacation Planner Conference 2023 this past weekend at the Contemporary Resort in Walt Disney World. Not only was it a super informative weekend but I was so glad to get to spend time with my team and fellow agents

Never Stop Learning

One of the best parts of conference each year is being able to learn about our new partner resorts. This year we are welcoming Sandals and Beaches back into the MVP family, along with Playa Resorts and Pleasant Holidays.

With these new partners comes a TON of new resort options in the most beautiful places, and not just beach destinations! We are now able to offer ski resorts as well! Guess I better start practicing LOL

If you aren’t having fun, you aren’t doing it right!

This year for the first time, our parters Norwegian Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean International sponsored nightly events for our agency including appetizers, drinks, and fun themes…we had a BLAST! I work on a team of amazing individuals who I am lucky enough to call friends. It was such a great time being able to relax and enjoy time with them while still supporting our partners and destinations.

Celebrating Achievements

While awards are not at all why I do what I do, I was privileged to be awarded a Bronze Level Sales Award for 2022. I am so incredibly thankful to all of my guests for allowing me to be a small part of their vacations and memories. I am also incredibly proud of my teammates and all of their achievements. We kicked some booty!!

Every year I get asked, why do you attend the conference, it’s all the same stuff. Well, #1- not true because you can change it up to expand your knowledge and #2- the relationships you build are invaluable!! Relationships with partner destinations, relationships with our bosses, and relationships with our team- I wouldn't miss it for the world!!
