Whether you know it or not, you are already paying travel agent fees when you book a vacation on your own on the internet (GASP!). So why not utilize an experienced and trained planner at no additional cost to you? Even if you do not want to relinquish control over planning your getaway, I can do as little or as much of the planning as you would like.

**I am your point of contact from the moment your book your vacation until your vacation ends. You will have my personal phone number and can reach me to answer any questions or resolve any issues.
**Expertise- whether this is your first trip or your 100th trip, destinations are constantly changing and I am up to date on changes, new experiences and refurbishments.
** I provide vacation options to fit your budget. I help plan your itinerary and make recommendations for all aspects of your trip so all members of your travel party have what they need.
** Worried that you’ll miss an amazing promotion or deal? I’ve got you covered! Rest assured that I am always on the lookout for current promotions. If one comes along that will save you $$, I automatically apply it to your reservation and send you a revised itinerary.

How can I be sure my travel agent knows what they are talking about?
Travel agents have unique experiences, training, certifications, and specialties that contribute to their individuality. For example, I have to complete and update trainings and certifications for every destination that I work with. Also, I work for a certified agency (something definitely important to ask if you are considering working with a travel agent.
Did you know...as an agent I have training and certifications in Disney, Universal Studios, All Inclusive Resorts, and most major cruise lines? All travel agents are not created equal. We each have our own expertise to bring to the table.
Do you only book big vacation packages?
It is true that many people only think to use a travel agent when considering a large vacation. However, travel agents can book any of the following in isolation or in combination:
-hotel rooms
-theme park/attraction tickets
-mountain cabins
-stroller rentals
-motorized scooter rentals

While some agencies may charge service fees, the agency I work with, does not.

Not only does your travel agent do the legwork (comparison shopping and destination research) for you, but they keep an eye out for future promotions that may be able to apply to your reservation. Additionally, your travel agent is there to assist if anything goes awry during your vacation.
If I use a travel agent, will I lose control over my vacation plans?
You have as much control over your travel plans as you want to have. In fact, I encourage you to do some of your own research into your travel destination.
Some clients know where they want to go, but don’t want to have to make any of the minute decisions. In this case, I’ll pull together elements for the vacation that match their travel party’s demographic and budget, and I’ll forward for their review/approval.
Some clients come to me with ALL of the details already planned. In this case, they want the security of having a travel agent in their corner; looking out for promos and there to assist if any aspect of the travel plan goes awry.
What is the planning process when working with a travel agent?
The first thing I like to do is get to know you. I want to know what you like to do on vacation and what you are looking for in your trip. On every good vacation there is something for everyone in the group/family to enjoy.
Next, I have you fill out my Vacation Request Form to gather all the information I need to research your options and get you accurate pricing with everything you want included.
Then, I spend time researching and finding options that will help make your vacation everything you want it to be. We can discuss the options and adjust the package to fit your expectations.
Once we settle on the details, I book your vacation and stay in contact with reminders for payments, reservations, etc and any updated policies that may effect your trip.
Some vacations require more planning than others but I am there with you every step of the way for as much or as little as you like!
